VET REFERRALS

Fille out the form with the vet, client’s and pets’ information.

We will make contact with the client to arrange a telemedicine or in person consultation.

If the client would like to proceed, we will then be in contact with the referring vet with an estimate of our fees, the referring vet will add their costs and an overall estimate will then be provided to the client.
4
Once client accepts the estimate, a procedure date will be organised.
